John is both Practice Manager and business owner of NSAudiology. John's background is music, a trained opera singer, a sound engineer and composer, John has a unique insight into sound and how it relates to hearing loss. His extensive understanding of sound and how it relates to people's lives is infused into the business creating a holistic approach to audiology.


Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science majoring in Hearing and Speech and a double Master’s degree from Sydney and Melbourne University. Samantha has been working as an Audiologist for almost five years and her experiences have been diverse with a focus on rehabilitation audiology. Samantha has a passion for paediatric audiology and cochlear implants which she wrote her thesis on and received First Class Honours. Samantha's role at NSA encompasses all aspects of audiology including: hearing assessments of adults and children; fitting and management of hearing devices; tinnitus assessment and management; impression taking and fitting of ear protection plugs and In Ear Monitors, balance and vestibular assessments, CAPD testing and she is currently specialising in BAHA and Cochlear implant assessments. Samantha works in collaboration with other health professionals to ensure holistic management of her clients.
